A gorgeous, impressionistic large scale sketch in oil of a street scene with church by Polish artist Adam Malinowski and dated 1977. Inscribed on the rear simply as Warszawa, Pejzaz (meaning Warsaw, Landscape). There is a suggestion of hazy summer sunlight and the mood of this work is gloriously atmospheric.
Oil on canvas in a lovely distressed gilt frame.
Dimensions 64cm x 49cm.
Condition: In very good vintage condition with only minor signs of use relative to age.
